The EAC summer school takes place at the campus of Derby University, set in 30 acres of landscaped grounds just 1.5 miles from the City Centre. The modern campus is a very short bus ride from the halls of residence. The campus has modern classrooms, excellent IT facilities, modern refectory and spectacular new Atrium. There is a large students union for evening activities and large indoor sports hall and sports pitches. The Halls of residence offers apartment style high quality en suite single bedrooms. Derby itself is steeped in History and has strong connections with the Industrial Revolution. Now, it is a pleasant blend of modern malls and manufacturing and is the home of the world famous Rolls Royce!
